Information you provide directly
- Name and email address — collected when you submit a case, sign up, or contact us
- Payment information — collected when you pay for our Service. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers. We receive only a tokenized reference and basic transaction details.
- Account and case details — information about the banned or suspended account you are seeking to recover, including the platform name, the reason for suspension (if known), and any supporting materials you choose to share with us
Information collected automatically
- Usage and analytics data — we use analytics tools (such as PostHog) to collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and general behavioral data. This data is used in aggregate to improve the Service.
- Cookies and similar technologies — we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to recognize you across visits, remember your preferences, and collect usage data. See Section 6 for details.
- Device and log data — standard server log information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and timestamps may be collected automatically when you access the Service.

Case-related information may be retained for up to three (3) years after case closure to support any disputes or legal requirements.
