Terms of Service
Effective date: March 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PagePillar (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PagePillar (“PagePillar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
2. Description of Service
PagePillar is an account recovery intelligence platform that provides users with guidance, structured appeal frameworks, data-driven analysis, and related tools to assist in navigating the process of appealing a suspended or banned account on third-party platforms.
PagePillar is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. We are not attorneys. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice. For legal matters, consult a licensed attorney.
PagePillar does not operate, own, or have any affiliation with the third-party platforms whose appeal processes we help users navigate. All platform names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using PagePillar, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Account Qualification and Payment
PagePillar only accepts cases that meet our qualification criteria. Submitting information to us does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any case at our sole discretion.
Fees are charged only for cases that are accepted and upon agreement to proceed. All fees will be clearly disclosed before any payment is required. Payment is processed through a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe) and is subject to their terms of service.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable once work on your case has commenced. We reserve the right to offer refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Confidence Promise (90-Day Refund): If your account is not recovered within 90 days despite your full participation in our process, we will refund 40% of your fee. This promise applies only when: (a) you followed the recommended appeal strategy and timelines, (b) there were no additional policy violations during the recovery period, and (c) no independent appeals were submitted outside our system. To request a Confidence Promise refund, contact us at support@pagepillar.com within 14 days after the 90-day period ends.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Account reinstatement outcomes depend on the policies and decisions of third-party platforms entirely outside our control. PagePillar makes no guarantee, warranty, or representation that use of our Service will result in account recovery or any particular outcome.
We provide tools and analysis designed to improve the quality of your appeal, but the final decision rests solely with the third-party platform.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with your case
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or proprietary methods of the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Service or any output therefrom without our express written consent
- Submit cases on behalf of third parties without their knowledge and consent
7. Intellectual Property
All content, methodologies, frameworks, software, and materials made available through PagePillar are the exclusive property of PagePillar or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Service content.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our practices.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAGEPILLAR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PagePillar and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
